How is the price shown and charged?
Prices are billed per month and shown in INR (₹199); the amount charged depends on your payment method and region. Payments for Mrityunjay Kumar are collected by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing and any applicable taxes and appears as the seller on your receipt.
Do I need the Mac app to use Pro?
No. The web subscription runs Role Prep, Practical Labs, E-Courses and Skill Plans privately in your browser. The Mac app is a separate purchase that unlocks every AI feature on-device.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. One complete technical mock interview is free on Role Prep, with full scoring and explanations, and it needs no account, no email and no card.
Where is my progress stored?
In your own browser, on the device you used. There is no account and no server-side copy, so we cannot look it up, lose it or hand it over. The trade is that clearing your browsing data clears it too, which is why every page links to a progress page where you can download the whole thing as one file and restore it later. Restoring merges, so an old backup can never cost you newer work.
Can I use Skiiling on more than one device?
Yes. Either carry the backup file across, or turn on sync. Sync is off unless you switch it on; when you do, your progress is encrypted in your browser and stored as an unreadable blob under an anonymous id. A recovery code generated on your device is the only key, and it is never sent to us, so we hold ciphertext we cannot read. Lose the code and that copy can never be opened again, by you or by us. The progress already on your devices is unaffected: it stays where it is and keeps working, so a lost code costs you the synced copy and nothing else. You can delete the synced copy whenever you like.
Do you email me reminders?
No, and we do not ask for your email to do it. Your plan exports as a calendar file you add to your own calendar, one entry per day plus the interview itself, at whatever hour you choose. The reminders then come from your calendar, not from us.
What's the refund policy?
There is a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason, email us within 30 days of your payment and we refund you in full, no questions asked. Cancelling stops all future charges and your access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
