These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Skiiling website and the paid features of the Skiiling Pro web subscription (the “Service”), operated by Mrityunjay Kumar, India (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Skiiling provides technical learning content, written course guides and AI-assisted interview preparation. On the website, Role Prep, Practical Labs, E-Courses and Skill Plans are available together as a single paid subscription called Skiiling Pro; one subscription grants access to all of them, and we may add features to it. The Skiiling Mac app is sold separately on the Apple App Store and is governed by Apple's terms in addition to these.
Subscriptions & billing
Skiiling Pro on the web is offered for ₹199 per month and covers Role Prep, Practical Labs, E-Courses and Skill Plans. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who is the seller of record for this subscription and handles billing, taxes and receipts. By subscribing you authorise Lemon Squeezy to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices may change with prior notice.
Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellations and refunds are handled.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to bypass access controls, reselling access, reverse-engineering the software, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Your subscription is for your personal use.
AI-generated content
Role Prep uses AI to generate questions, feedback and evaluations, and parts of the written course guides were produced with AI assistance. All of it is provided for study and practice only, may contain errors, and is not professional, legal, or career advice. You are responsible for how you use it.
Intellectual property
The Service, its content and branding are owned by Mrityunjay Kumar or its licensors. This includes the written course guides. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service, and to read the guides for your own study, while your subscription is active. You may not redistribute, republish or resell the guides or extract them for another product.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mrityunjay Kumar is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of India.
