Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the Skiiling Pro web subscription (₹199 per month), which covers Role Prep, Practical Labs, E-Courses and Skill Plans, sold by Mrityunjay Kumar. Payments for this subscription are collected by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who processes any refund back to your original payment method. Purchases of the Skiiling Mac app are handled separately by Apple under Apple's own refund policy, not this one.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with Skiiling Pro for any reason, email info@skiiling.com within 30 days of your payment and we will refund you in full. No questions asked. This applies to your first purchase and to any renewal charge — if you were billed for a period you did not want, we will refund it. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel Skiiling Pro at any time by emailing info@skiiling.com. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Failed or duplicate charges

If you are charged in error or see a duplicate charge, contact us and we will investigate and refund any incorrect amount in full.
