How this differs from the Interview Plan
The Interview Plan works backwards from a date somebody else set, so it is short, it drills rounds hardest, and it stops the day before. A Skill Plan works forwards to a readiness you chose, so it runs up to 180 days, leans on labs and written courses, and spends its time on prerequisites rather than rehearsal. You can run both at once and they keep separate progress.
What it is built out of
Nothing is generated on the spot. Every item is a lab, a chapter of a written course or an interview round that already exists on this site, and you can click through to any of it before deciding anything. Finishing any of them is evidence, so the plan is rebuilt as your skill map changes — miss something twice and it moves earlier and comes back more often.
